Designing accessible services is critically important. As teachers develop online lessons and resources the posters can be helpful in determining how to make the content available to all students. The accessibility posters provided by Home Office covers best design practices for low vision, deaf and hard of hearing, dyslexia, motor disabilities, and users on the autism spectrum. These posters are made shareable through a Creative Commons license which allows everyone to share.

As school districts are reopening after physical closures due to the COVID-19 pandemic, support will be necessary to ensure that all students are successful. The purpose of the GaDOE Checklist for Georgia's Tiered System of Supports is to help the school and/or district level leadership when reopening after closures support the effective implementation of Georgia's Tiered System of Supports for Students at Tiers I, II and III, and for all students, including students with disabilities. Additionally, the checklist helps to assist in evaluating and strengthening supports when providing specially designed instruction, co-teaching, and evidence-based interventions for students with disabilities, whether served virtually or face to face. The checklist is not an exhaustive list, serves as a starting point for many reopening considerations.
