Participants will examine how children communicate, learn, and meet needs across everyday settings. Through age-anchoring practice, team calibration, and case-based planning, participants will connect accurate outcomes decisions to functional IEP goals and embedded instruction.

· Explain Georgia's Preschool Outcomes process and the role of preschool teams in accurate entry and exit data.
· Describe the three global child outcomes and the breadth of functioning included in each.
· Recognize how language and communication influence all three child outcomes.
· Distinguish isolated skills and assessment scores from functional participation evidence.
· Gather evidence from families, observations, assessments, providers, and daily routines.
