About the event
Restorative practices are designed to create strong school and classroom communities. There are also key elements to bring resolution when the community has conflict. This 3-day professional learning will provide an overview of Restorative Practices and methods of implementation, including affective statements, restorative questioning, and circles. Many schools have found success at significantly reducing suspensions through the implementation of restorative practices. It is a proactive model that creates school/classroom communities where all members feel connected. This session is open to all educators- 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM each day.
