This three-day consortium will help special education paraprofessionals understand the disability-specific characteristics as defined by the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), the legal and ethical responsibilities of paraprofessionals, and provide tools and resources to help document the supports and services provided by special education paraprofessionals.
