About the event
All educators and professionals who serve and help students with disabilities in the area of Transition are invited to join the Heart of Georgia Transition Consortium. Goals for the training include improving transition services and post-school outcomes for students with disabilities by improving transition plan compliance, establishing and implementing best practices in transition services, and empowering students with disabilities through self-determination initiatives.
