About the event

This workshop, facilitated by Emory Autism Center Staff, will review federal guidelines related to post-school transition planning for students with ASD. We will explore ways that educators of all grades can prepare students for success in life after school. Attendees will leave with strategies for partnering with families and communities during transition planning, knowledge about the skills that contribute to success after school, and ways that they can foster self-advocacy and self-awareness in their students.
