Consolidated LEA Improvement Plan (CLIP)
To ensure districts in the region have the professional learning and technical assistance to develop, implement, and monitor the CLIP.
General Supervision
To ensure districts in the region have the professional learning and technical assistance to meet the requirements of IDEA.
Systemic Improvement for Graduation (SSIP/TSI/CSI)
To ensure districts in the region have the professional learning and technical assistance to select, implement, and monitor evidence-based practices with fidelity for increased graduation rates, increased literacy achievement and dropout prevention.
Evidence-Based Practices for Improving Students with Disabilities Proficiency
To ensure districts in the region have the professional learning and technical assistance to select, implement, and monitor EBP and EBI interventions and practices that effectively address students with disabilities and result in increased literacy and math performance on state assessments.
Transition and Post-Secondary Outcomes
To provide intensive technical assistance and professional learning to regional LEAs to increase special education teacher recruitment, retention, and improve school climate-related to educators of students with disabilities.
Equity, Efficacy, Excellence
To provide intensive technical assistance and professional learning to regional LEAs to increase special education teacher recruitment, retention, and improve school climate-related to educators of students with disabilities.

Tiered Academic Supports for Students with Disabilities ~ Special Designed Instruction, Literacy and Numeracy, Co-Teaching, Selecting Interventions Based Upon Data Analysis
To ensure all districts in the region have the professional learning, technical assistance, and coaching to support high-quality instruction in Specially Designed Instruction, High Leverage Practices, Literacy and Numeracy for Students with Disabilities, and/or co-teaching.
Collaborative Communities ~ Meetings to Support Special Education Directors with others to Support the Work
To ensure districts in the region have professional learning and technical assistance to support collaboration through Collaborative Communities Meetings
GNETS
To ensure districts in the region have the professional learning and technical assistance needed to support students returning to their home school district.
Regionally Identified Priorities
The Regional supports are more specific for local educational agencies and more intensive than Universal Supports for the state identified priorities.
Coordinated Early Intervening

Technical Assistance will be provided to local districts that are identified by the state as being disproportionate and required to spend CCEIS funds. TA provided with data analysis, selecting intervention(s), progress monitoring, etc if needed. GLRS will monitor implementation of plans and provide feedback/support 3 or 4 times per year for 6 systems in Fy21
Transition and Post-Secondary Outcomes
East Central GLRS will provide technical assistance and collaboration with the Heart of Georgia Transition Alliance through attendance in the HGTA meetings, participation, and planning of collaborative events through the HGTA including conferences, job fairs, parent engagement activities to raise awareness and promote community transition services for students with disabilities.
GLRS will provide professional learning and technical assistance on writing compliant and effective transition plans
Pilot a project to implement local transition councils
Self Determination

Training, coaching, and follow up support will be provided to identified districts in the area of self-determination instruction including ASPIRE and/or SDLMI
Behavior Support
Training, coaching, and follow up on Functional Behavior Assessments, classroom management, and other issues related to Behavior (Trauma-Informed Care, Project Aware, CPI, Mindset), etc.
